automated-jb2a-animations VS fvtt-module-polyglot

Honestly, I've never seen an issue like that. If nobody here can help, you could take your question either to the JB2A Discord, where Automated Animations has a specific section that Otigon runs, or the AA Github.

This can definitely be done with Sequencer but it isn't necessarily going to be the easiest thing in the world. Automated Animations might also help, but I haven't used it in a while.

automated-jb2a-animations - At its core, Automated Animations is centered around the use of "instant" effects such as Weapon Attacks and Spell Effects. There are some areas that branch off from this concept and will be explained in the Wiki.

For visual effects only, I use JB2A Animations and then link to the attacks using Automated Animations which then play various animations when the actions are triggered. You have to change the animation selected if the item changes (from "sword" to "flaming sword" for example) but that shouldn't happen a lot

Automated Animations

Hey, the Automated Animations module from Otigon has now an automatic recognition menu in its settings where you can set a spell effect or attack animation linked to its name. A-A automatic recognition example video In the video, I add an entry called Talon so any item with the name Talon will pick up this animation (except if I create another one specifically called Talon Strike for example) On the Automated Animations Github, there is some very good information about it including a great wiki Otigon is very active on our JB2A Discord and our community can help answering questions you may have. :)

However the module Polyglot will give you some control over it, and their wiki has info on how to work with the languages

fvtt-module-polyglot - Talk to others using a language you can speak and scrambles text you can't understand, into several fantasy scripts.

Polyglot - Allows players to use their tokens to speak in different languages. Only other players with that same language can understand what is being said.

Polyglot - lets you send messages in lots of 5e languages. Any character who understands that language can see the message translated, and others just the glyphs of the language.

I have been wanting something similar that works with Polyglot. The module itself converts chat messages to runes if your character doesn't know the language being spoken. I would love something that similarly scrambled voice chat if the character didn't speak the language.
