Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Why not use game engines for building cross platform apps?
A week back I created a tool (and open-sourced it) to do exactly that. It's called hibzz.hibernator (github link) and the primary goal is to control resource consumption in the Unity Engine.

VRAM limits caught you by surprise? They are going after constraints and blendshapes next. After that maybe animators!
Use VRCFury's Blendshape Optimizer or LazyOptimiser to bake in all your non-animated blendshapes at avatar upload. This won't get rid of them from your project, these tools remove unused blendshapes non-destructively on upload.
