Create a new library for Anime or keep within TV library?
I personally keep my anime separate and use ZeroQI/Hama.bundle.
-
I have a bunch of anime shows in a separate library "anime". I have a bunch of anime movies in my library "movies". I want to move the movies into the anime folders under specials. Best way to do that?
I’m not really sure what is classified as a special. I have always just put the folders for anime shows and anime movies in the same library folder. Hama uses anidb for a lot of matching, so I’m not sure you’d run into the tvdb issues that poster mentioned. Here is the github for Hama if you want to read up on it. It goes over absolute scanner in there too. https://github.com/ZeroQI/Hama.bundle

Did anyone's ZeroQI's Youtube Plex Agent stop working today?
https://github.com/ZeroQI/Hama.bundle/issues/547 this one is for his anime scanner agent but been having recent issues as well. Hopefully it's not something on Plex cutting off third party access but just a bug that cropped up randomly

Any way to get AniDB ratings to show instead of TVDB ratings?
HAMA itself was updated in january this year, and ASS was nov 2022. you gotta click on code and download zip and then follow installation instructions https://github.com/ZeroQI/Hama.bundle

Custom presentation of Anime, not using the standard Anidb/TVDB route

Jujutsu Kaisen Specials Folder problem
You need both to make this work. Definitely make a different library for anime. This is Hama. Also you can refer to this post if you're having trouble
-
Install HAMA and ASS on plex (Nvidia Shield)?
According to the installation instructions, it's only for Synology, FreeNAS, Debian & Ubuntu. There is no mention of Nvidia Shield compatibility.

What do I need to make this work?
One last thing I would recommend is going through proper folder structure for arr apps to work properly and for that thrash guide has excellent documentation and instructions on how to set it up.

Don't fully understand use of Radarr
Here’s some guides to help you: Trash Guides Wiki Servarr

Recyclarr - Anyone using this? Care to dumb it down as to what it's purpose is?
Now going to the trash guides github (https://github.com/TRaSH-Guides/Guides/tree/master/docs/json/radarr/quality-size) we can see 3 matching json files, with min and max settings for all the qualities.

Almost ready to build my first PC - It'll be a NAS media server! And I still have a few questions
You have 30 days trial with unraid so play with it. Watch spaceinvader one vidoes on YouTube for understanding unraid. Follow ibracorp videos as your guide to install all services. Also have a look at https://trash-guides.info/ for setup tips. This 3 should cover almost everything you need to do with unraid.
- Sonarr *ALMOST* fully working, it can't seem to find the files it just downloaded
