I have been using MP4 automator for over 5 years; https://github.com/mdhiggins/sickbeard_mp4_automator . I choose MP4 as it works on preety much any device i have ever tryied, H264, AAC stereo and AC3 5.1. Have also used Tdarr for H265 conversion; it really uses 35-50% less space for same quality (4k and I wasnt able to see difference).
I've been trying to find something that I can use to download songs off of spotify for the sake of research, but most spotify scrapers on github don't work. I've only gotten Savify to work, which is ideal because it doesn't break Spotify's TOS, but takes a long time to download. What would be the best option in this situation?
PyMeta has worked wonders for me!
This is the way to go. I don't know the exact specifics, but there are some good Plex Agents for Youtube, including https://github.com/ZeroQI/YouTube-Agent.bundle and https://github.com/benkle-libs/YTDL-Agent.bundle

I have my TV library pointed at /media/tv obviously, and the anime shows are "loose" in there. I read that the ordering and stuff can be different, and it has been when i've used Sonarr, but then I found this: https://github.com/Dingmatt/AMSA Plex Anime Multi-source Agent, and thought I could create a new library.
A spiritual successor to Comicrack with a cleaner interface, better coding for large collections, volume/chapter automation features, and metadata pulling not just from Comicvine, but also the Jikan API and maybe Anilist. The last time I heard someone tackle something in the same vein as this was with the Manga Tagger project on github, which has since appeared to become abandonware, like Comicrack. Bonus points if it can be made to work as a backend manager for Kavita/Komga.
