SkyUi Error Code 1
Getting SKSE straightened out is more important, but I also noticed you need these versions PapyrusUtil and ConsoleUtil. The ones you have are throwing errors. ConsoleUtilVR is unstable but the SSE version isn't doing anything so why have it? Also consider using Engine Fixes VR instead of Achievements Enabler. It has that built in with a bunch of other nice fixes.
- hitting 15fps???

Please really need help! Error REL/Relocation.h(458)

po3_PapyrusExtender.dll Error when starting skesevr_loader
You're trying to use .dlls for flat Skyrim with VR. Won't work: memory addresses are different. You want PO3's Papyrus Extender VR. Keep the SSE version installed because it has scripts that you need that are not in the VR download. Make sure this .DLL overwrites it. Also get Engine Fixes VR. Install part one with your mod manager, extract part 2 to the Skyrim VR folder. This replaces the achievements enabler and the SSE version of engine fixes. You can get rid of those.

Performance with 100+ mods?
Update: I’ve found some mods for VR that improves FPS. VR FPS stabilizer, from what I can gather, dynamically changes settings to keep the FPS consistent. I don’t think it’s graphics settings; rather, it changes something else in the .ini file to do this and I honestly can’t tell a difference other than the extra frames I get while playing with SoM on. The mod can be found here: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/31392 I also installed engine fixes VR which should make the game generally more stable. It should be noted that you need the 2nd part from the original SSE mod in order for it to work, and VR FPS stabilizer requires you adjust something in the .ini for that mod. Here is a link to the vr converted mod and the original SSE: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/17230 https://github.com/rollingrock/EngineFixesVR With this, I haven’t had any crashing issues, although I might be speaking too soon as I haven’t been using it that long. I average around 80 FPS which is amazing all things considered. I also want to add that I did figure out the mod work in SSE without conversion if you’re using the converted SoM overhaul mod. I haven’t tried it wolf though it and I haven’t tried without converting the overhaul mod but it’s good to know that the original .esm works regardless of conversion to .esp in creation kit. I don’t know how this will effect lower spec machines but I was able to get a stable 100 FPS before the mod so it could be very devastating on say an older i5 with a GTX 1080. If you want to mod I would recommend leaving this mod out because of how buggy it is in general. It’s definitely the original code because there are invisible boundaries and a big what looks to be an ice spike that disappears when you get near it. There is a really open field in the middle of the map that feels really empty and I question to quality of the mod considering it is supposed to be done, but all I really wanted was the land mass and it feels bigger than Skyrim. I also use some other province mods and now my Skyrim is super huge which makes me feel like I can live in Skyrim. It would definitely make a killer playthough and I will probably make it into a mod pack that anyone can download because all these “improvements” to the game feel essential for a VR user. It’s almost like I’m really there since I can now visit the places everyone’s been talking about since I arrived in Helgen. I think everything could have a little more smoothing and some more interactions between the mods, but overall it feels like a genuinely crazy experience to go from high rock to morrowind as if you were actually living in Tamriel.

papyrusUtil problems
If you're using engine fixes try adding it to the preloader. Just make an empty text file named papyrusutil_preload.txt in the same folder as papyrusutil.dll. It works for me and that's how I have it set up, though honestly it's been long enough that I don't remember why I did it. Your problem sounds familiar, maybe that was why. :-) Good luck!

Skyrim AE pirated help
I'd grab the one from gog-games.to, I can't link directly as that's against the rules. It's compatible with MO2 (Mod Organizer 2) as well as having a version of skse64 (Skyrim Script Extender x64 available for it.
