    If you want to ditch MicroG, you can install this app app and use GCam as usual. I do that on my device (no Google Apps, no microG) and it works fine.

    I'll try the app out (https://github.com/lukaspieper/Gcam-Services-Provider/ from the other comment). I currently have microg, but the app still crashes on launch. If the app doesn't work either, I will have to check the syslog
