Just make sure to actually set up uBlock. Here is various modes the creator suggests. Personally, I use Medium. A good balance, and what I'd imagine you'd be used to coming from NoScript.
I'll add Arkenfox user.js to that list and that's all you need for privacy.
I would highly recommend using Sidebery over Tree Style Tabs. It's basically a more feature rich and customizable version of TST. It's available on the Firefox's addon store here or from Github. On Github there is a beta version which has more features.
I will reccomend GrapheneOS til the day commits cease to be continued.
