Rust can be used to make games (see Bevy), but unfortunately since Rust is such a new language the game engines coded from Rust aren't that mature too. So, if you decide to use Rust as a game development tool, prepare for missing features and bugs, although you can help development by creating issues and pull requests on their Github page.
