Actually, most of your needs are covered by setting your tracking protection to strict in FF settings and ublock origin. Other stuff is redundant and it only makes you more fingerprintable. Just fyi, having both uBo and DDGPE can conflict. uBo can do everything DDGPE can do. You just got to set it up. Here is a guide to several "modes", that people use. I personally use the Medium setting.
