Kavita
Kavita is a fast, feature rich, cross platform reading server. Built with the goal of being a full solution for all your reading needs. Setup your own server and share your reading collection with your friends and family.
I use calibre to manage the ebooks on my Kobo (basically a Kindle). I run calibre on my Windows PC, and I connect my Kobo directly to the PC by USB.
Unfortunate that calibre-web and Kobo Uncaged won’t work for your use case. Apparently PyShelf supports collections. Kavita Is another alternative that is highly recommended.
