I'm sure that there is something out there that has a preview window. That said, you will most likely benefit from using industry-standard tools. Most HTML/CSS/JS these days is done in VSCode. You don't have to use it, but it's probably a good idea to learn how.
Check live-server out. It auto reloads the page when you save any of the files (html, css, jss) in the folder.
