InfluxDB
Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.
mutipass (if you need specifically ubuntu VMs) and UTM (for desktop VMs) both works in M1. UTM let you virtuallize (native) and emulate (for running x86 VMs) are top on my list.
I would checkout this Apple Silicon Guide. It has sections on Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Databases, and Networking.
