You could use Syncthing or something, and share a "DVDs" folder between your computers and then just move the files into that folder and then they'll be synced to all the other computers. I use Syncthing for basically all my files and it works great.
If your host has ssh and you're ok opening that to the internet then sshfs on windows becomes an option. If you can setup a vpn between each other then maybe you could use samba. Seems windows can also mount NFS with some setup, also webdav if that's useful to you at all.
I tried lpvpn but it failed. The idea was pretty damn great though but I ended up having to leave an issue ticket.
Not sure if n2n would work for your setup. Apparently, there's a gui now. I haven't tried it on windows.
Would Zerotier work for you?
