Eventually I gave up and use Zerotier, which creates virtual network that connect my devices like they are in the same LAN, even through WAN & CGNAT. If I am not wrong they use wireguard behind the scene. I used this tutorial..
Alternative would be Tailscale which I think does similar things, of course both of these products make you depend on 3rd party, which you may or may not have some concerns about, and of course some network wizard / more knowledgeable linux admin probably can do that with manual wireguard / openvpn + iptables rules, but for my usecases, it is good enough and it saves me time.
