I was typing out about how it was Adult Swim's "Stop That Sandwich" but I'd love to shoutout Flashpoint for saving that game, and thousands of other flash games that would be non-existent without it. I searched for years to play that game again but it wasn't until Flashpoint where I confirmed it indeed was not a fever dream.
The game's source code was released and remastered for modern computers!

Literally nobody's ever head of it, but it seems like it would have been bigger. It came out on PlayStation and PC and was published by Eidos which at the time was pretty big with Tomb Raider and stuff. When I looked it up, somehow there's still a small community developing it to this day https://github.com/Warzone2100/warzone2100
