English Patch for the original KanColle browser game, to be used with KCCacheProxy. Translates most of the game into english.
Bypassing the block is easy; you can follow the steps listed to install KanColle Cache Proxy, which not only bypasses the block but also massively speeds up load times. Alternatively, you can use a VPN like many people used to. Both ways are compatible with the KC3 viewer, and I know people who use Electronic Observer with the cache proxy.
As far as playing on your phone, do note that the phone version uses the same account as the browser one; no need for a lottery or new account at all. Most people I know who play on their phones, however, use GotoBrowser, though I personally don't play on my phone. Of note is the fact that GotoBrowser technically uses the desktop browser client.

You can eventually join my server as well, which contains instructions to install an English Patch if you feel like it, but more importantly a whole bunch of new or returning players like you who found out about the patch by accident.
