There is a shitty official android app, a way better community-made wrapper of the browser game for mobile and a community-made english patch for the game now.

Ironically, the english patch is a side product of the foreign IP block to the gadget server from February 2020 (which still is in place), which lead to a local proxy solution being a popular workaround to this issue, which in turn allowed for easy modification of ingame-assets, making such a project possible in the first place.
