The engine is under an MIT open source licence, which basically means you can do anything with it, but without any warranty. The full source code can be found here https://github.com/godotengine/godot/
You could send the source code for doom. Here's the github link: https://github.com/id-Software/DOOM
could you clone this repository and add it please: https://github.com/Financial-Times/n-gage. i work on it, it's bad, we're rewriting it, i want to tell my team we launched it to the fucking moon
https://github.com/TOPLLab/GraphRedex/archive/master.tar.gz (2.4M)
Please add this for me. It's part of the source code for Apollo 11's launch sequence, aptly named "BURN_BABY_BURN--MASTER_IGNITION_ROUTINE.agc"
I wish we could have sent this as well: https://github.com/dickrnn/dickrnn.github.io/
u/Valphon, this is great! I'd like to send the GPL Licence of Linux to the moon, which is written in here, but to long for reddit: https://github.com/torvalds/linux/blob/master/LICENSES/preferred/GPL-2.0 It is: 359 lines 18.3 KB and can you add (Manuel was here) was here at the end?
This goes beyond your scope of media, but what about the source code of influential software? Youtube-DL's source code is 2MB, Tor Browser is 7.4MB, Linux kernal 1.0 is 1.5MB (the latest is 220MB). There's of course many more, but these ones come to mind first.
I'd like to contribute the source code for OpenSkyStacker, an astrophotography tool I made. I'm compressed it into a zip file that's 5MB:
Please send up a copy of the MIDIMonster source code, you can find it at https://github.com/cbdevnet/midimonster/archive/master.zip
See https://github.com/antonblanchard/microwatt for a description
I'd like to send my "art": a collection of 21 of my browser web games to the moon. I compiled them all here https://github.com/deathraygames/moon-pack and they're less than 10 MB unzipped.
Hey Valphon, great initiative! Could you send the following file for me? https://github.com/rmeertens/moon/raw/main/network.h5
