CMake, Clang and Conan work all the same on all operating systems. I don't know why you would like to force yourself into one kind of environment that might not suit your needs in other areas as well. On Windows, you can even use LLVM Clang without godawful hacks like mingw.
I already did my research on that a while back and decided that I'd instead pick SFML. In the meantime, I learned about RayLib which, at least from what I've read, is a better fit for me personally. Also am aware that my math skill might not be up to the task and I do plan to work on that. It's just not my main focus right now.
