Anyway to launch vlc with arguments with termux?

You can't have VLC on Termux alone* , but you can use proot-distro, install your favourite Linux distro (e.g. Debian, Ubuntu, Arch), setup a vnc server, and install VLC.

* It is not available through the official packages repository. You could, although, try building it from the source code, however you might have to patch the source code and port it for Android; if you manage to do this, it would be appreciated if you could help the project by adding VLC to Termux's GUI repository. You could also use mpv-x as an alternative, it is available in Termux's repositories.
