This page summarizes the projects mentioned and recommended in the original post on reddit.com/r/embedded

Our great sponsors
  • Scout APM - Less time debugging, more time building
  • OPS - Build and Run Open Source Unikernels
  • SonarQube - Static code analysis for 29 languages.
  • GitHub repo lvgl

Powerful and easy-to-use embedded GUI library with many widgets, advanced visual effects (opacity, antialiasing, animations) and low memory requirements (16K RAM, 64K Flash).

On embedded, zephyr uses https://lvgl.io ... but I've never used it

  • GitHub repo imgui

Dear ImGui: Bloat-free Graphical User interface for C++ with minimal dependencies

Take a look at Dear ImGui maybe. https://github.com/ocornut/imgui

  • Scout APM

Less time debugging, more time building. Scout APM allows you to find and fix performance issues with no hassle. Now with error monitoring and external services monitoring, Scout is a developer's best friend when it comes to application development.

  • GitHub repo qt5-webkit-container

A barebones WebKit container for pure HTML5 UI

This is old, but one I've used in the past https://github.com/lod/qt5-webkit-container
