package manager: windows has chocolatey and scoop which doesn't have range of available things as on Arch Linux, Ubuntu, OSX (via homebrew). Windows now has a native package manager. but if I recall this is not available for most windows users, my windows computer can't use it.
There's also Cmder, if you're into that sort of thing.
Fish is deliberately not POSIX compliant and it's much nicer to use. Redox is going for UNIX compliance overall, but is deliberately being even less POSIX like than fish in their ion shell.
