How to create a "Harvester Only" node on Docker?

I followed the instructions from: https://github.com/Chia-Network/chia-docker by adding the '-e' parameters. However, I get an error when I move the SSL certs from my full node and try to restart the harvester per the instructions here: https://github.com/Chia-Network/chia-blockchain/wiki/Farming-on-many-machines
