  • lapce

Lightning-fast and Powerful Code Editor written in Rust

  • I've had this problem many times since I only have a dual-core CPU on a laptop. Interestingly I've never encountered this issue with the Lapce, now this might be a fluke since I haven't used lapce nearly as much as vscode, but it's responsiveness compared to vscode is ridiculous. I often have to close vscode and let the laptop cool down, but never with lapce.

  • rust-analyzer

A Rust compiler front-end for IDEs

  • The vscode status bar button that shows rust-analyzer can be clicked now and it stops the server. I also found this commit that adds a cancel button to the notifications.

  • InfluxDB

Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.
