I don't personally use a haptics system so take this with a grain of salt, but I believe you'll need to feed the information to/from the avatar via OSC. I'd check out bhaptics VRChatOSC for more information on that.
Lastly, face tracking is either built in or uses a plugin device. You would also use OSC to manipulate blendshapes. I'd take a look at Opens Face.
