Reading the instructions myself it does appear that way. I think Ombi would be an Overseerr alternative that does allow for a native install on Windows, although I don't have any experience with it myself.
The ability to trigger custom scripts. I think the most popular around here is generally kill_stream.py which folks use to stop remote transcoding of 4k streams
The watch history captured by Tautulli is a lot richer than what is displayed in the Plex web app. This data can then even be used to create a Spotify-like year-end wrap-up using Wrapper or a collection/ playlist of the most watched movies/TV shows on your server using the Tautulli Builder in PMM
