tautulli-watched-sync
Use this script to make Tautulli for plex synchronize watched TV Shows to Trakt.tv and movies to Letterboxd
PlexTraktSync: While Plex has the webhooks to send and update your Trakt account, I found them extremely unreliable and quite limited in their functionality.
Renaming and organizational structure are also very important in plex and many users struggle with following them. Apps like FileBot, Sonarr and Radarr can help with that.
Bazarr: While there was/is a Metadata Agent SubZero, most have probably switched over to Bazarr to handle Subtitles for their content. It offers a lot of customizability in regards to where you want to get the subtitles from (like OpenSubtitles) or what to do with them (modifying them with post-processing scripts)
Plex-Meta-Manager: Plex metadata management is kind of bad because if the metadata is being removed, there is no way to get it back other than restoring a backup. Metadata is also not universal but library dependent, re-organizing a library or moving a movie from one to another will remove existing and add a new set of metadata.
Tautulli: something to monitor and do some analytic stuff on your Plex server, it also offers notification agents and can do a lot of stuff based on events in plex.

Ombi: A Media request tool for the Media servers Plex/Jellyfin/Emby.
For Anime related things there are Metadata Agents for MyAnimeList (the Agent I maintain) and HAMA.

Webtools-NG: What was previously a Plugin for Plex is now a standalone app. This will allow you to extract and get lists of your content based on extraction levels that you then can analyze. You would need to use this if you, for example, want to know what content is in a certain codec.
I tried to use plex2trakt and it wasn't going the way I wanted, so I am using tautulli-watched-sync and it seems to be working nicely for me.
