as always: imho (!)
sorry, but as you suggested yourself: i think you are missing the point.
quantum-computing is not a "linear extension" of .. lets call it "von neumanns classical computing" which we are used to since decades...
so you should get rid of the "it can't even do X" fallacies ...
and start looking at introductions & try to wrap your had around something i would call a "paradigm shift":
personally i can recommend everything around qiskit, which is a really great ecosystem:

Cirq
Python framework for creating, editing, and running Noisy Intermediate-Scale Quantum (NISQ) circuits.
2. Full SDK installations. Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane. These are serious tools for serious work. They're also 200MB+ installs with Python dependency chains, Jupyter notebooks, and a learning curve that assumes you already understand what you're trying to learn. That's backwards.

You install it, configure it, and call its APIs (or rely on auto-instrumentation) to emit telemetry. For Python agents, the OpenTelemetry Python SDK is the foundation.
