That means anyone else using their own design of foobar, could not easily answer your questions because their foobar works differently. So your best bet is to probably ask the theme developer over on GitHub discussion or HA discussion threads. (Unless someone already using the GR theme shows up here to help)

Two are taken from other themes. The biggest that I had the least to do with is the playlist viewer from the CaTRoX_QWR theme. I wanted to use it as a standalone panel and crudely hacked it out.

There is also Spider Monkey Panel + Playlist Tools script for local tracks that are well tagged.
The other option is to use JScript Panel 3 scripts for playback controls. Not so easy to customize / add specific commands, but if you just want bigger play buttons... This guy posted some scripts (updated track_custom_v2.1.js a few replies down)

We do in a way, though it can be complicated to setup. Have a look at Spider Monkey Panel + Youtube Source + Find & Play script - it can make a library mix for local tracks, or remote tracks streamed from YT. (Be sure to get the latest beta of YT Source)
