Is any Indian company doing something unique. Apart from building just basic CRUD apps?
We have added function support in FTD as well. Not yet properly documented. Checkout this example: https://github.com/ftd-lang/ftd/blob/main/t/html/6-function.ftd

How do you get a job designing a programming language?
We are also a form of end support. You can checkout the βfinalβ syntax: https://github.com/FifthTry/ftd/discussions/429 (we are currently in 0.1.x, we are planning to do 0.2 release, which may have some language stability guarantees, still not 1.0).

What is the process of creating a module/file system for a programming language?
In ftd.dev we took a slightly different approach for handling imports than I have seen other programming languages do. FTD is the "compiler"/"interpreter", and is available as a standalone crate: https://github.com/FifthTry/ftd. But `ftd` does not do any file access. FTD works in a library mode, and lets the "host" or "application" manage the file system.
