Is there a good software to change monitor settings and create profiles?
You may have to, however, figure out the control scheme yourself, with something like winddcutil and then use it inside of a batch script or some simple app. I was able to figure out most of the settings iirc on my MateView monitor, from brightness to gaming profiles.

Question about OSD Sidekick with Dual Monitors
It may be possible to control multiple monitors if you're decent with Python https://github.com/P403n1x87/m27q/pull/1. It might also be possible with DDCUTIL (for Windows - https://github.com/scottaxcell/winddcutil) if you're willing to go that route.
