Running CE applications in Windows! Running windows applications in windowsCE?
While digging into the deeper end of the internet I came across an application to convertWinCE applications to run on windows. I am curious if there is a program that can convert say Windows 3.1 applications into a WinCE application?

any way to open exe files you arent sure of whats inside?
Another resource editor you can use is Risoh Resource Editor. I use both of these programs to inspect the contents of .exe files practically everyday.
