  • Simplify Node Exporter Deployment with Ansible

Just released an Ansible role for Node Exporter! Simplify the installation and configuration of Node Exporter on Linux systems with this role. It supports RHEL8, RHEL9, Rocky Linux, Alma Linux, CentOS, Fedora, and more. Easy deployment and uninstallation, customizable configuration, and version flexibility. Feedback is appreciated! Excited to share that I have plans to create more roles for monitoring and the Loki stack. Check it out on my GitHub repo: Node Exporter Ansible Role

Have a look at this Apache role by Jeff Geerling (he's an awesome Ansible resource, btw) https://github.com/geerlingguy/ansible-role-apache Check out the tasks and vars folders and you can see that the main.yml will use the files it needs depending on which OS Ansible has found whilst running.
