I know this is self promotion but you should really try out my spotify downloader at https://github.com/rickyrorton/spotify-downloader you dont need a spotify premium account nor does the program ask for your credentials just input song /album/playlist link and download in m4a,mp3,wav or flac format upto 320k bitrate

I remember there is a repo which allows you to download the spotify playlists, it is here

If you don't mind using a little python3 action, https://github.com/therealOri/o3DL this'll download videos from YouTube and extract audio too if needed.
