Organizr - really pretty interface to act as a homepage, where you can access most of your services in page. It's a little slow to load, but looks great.

-
File Manager - web interface to explore your files. Has access management if you want family members to have access to only certain things. Simple and works great.
-
Jackett - allows you to connect Sonnar, Radarr, and similar services to your favorite torrenting sites.
-
Portainer CE - really nice interface for docker. Not perfect and it wants you to pay for "business features," but quite nice if you want to manage your docker stacks and containers remotely and don't want to spend all your time on the command line. Almost all my services are in docker, it makes managing them much easier.
-
qBitTorrent with VueTorrent Skin - allows you to actually download torrents. Has built-in torrent searching. Definitly use this with docker, bind it to a vpn and ensure it never runs unprotected.
-
Whoogle - search engine that uses google results but strips tracking from result URLs. Public instances are available, I prefer to self-host.
-
Syncthing - really nice service to sync files between devices. I use this to copy local versions of my music collection to all my devices, then I play music locally with BlackPlayerEx (andriod) or Foobar2000 (windows).
-
Sonarr, Radarr - TV Show and Movie torrent manager. Will allow you to automatically download new TV show episodes or upcoming movies from your configured sources. I use Jackett.

Nginx Proxy Manager
Docker container for managing Nginx proxy hosts with a simple, powerful interface
Nginx Proxy Manager - awesome interface for an Nginx Reverse Proxy, pretty beginner friendly. I'd advise to setup wildcard ssl certificates - I use cloudflare and used this guide.
-
Koel - stream your music collection. A little tough to setup and the android app is a little buggy, but the best interface I've seen for such an app (lmk if you know pretty alternatives).
-
Emby - media server similar to Plex. You could use Jellyfin as it is open source, but I ran into bugs and decided it was worth paying for Emby (though there is a free version).
