Work on Panamax (a Rust mirror for rustup and crates.io). It's nearly complete, and as part of building a command to serve a downloaded mirror, I've implemented a warp proof of concept that serves a git repo: https://github.com/panamax-rs/warp-git
What are some alternatives?

panamax - Mirror rustup and crates.io repositories, for offline Rust and cargo usage.
feel
reef-chain - EVM compatible chain with NPoS/PoC consensus
Polkadex - An Orderbook-based Decentralized Exchange using the Substrate Blockchain Framework.
rust-psvita - Project to build PS Vita apps in rust
winsafe - Windows API and GUI in safe, idiomatic Rust.
