Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Any way to combine playlists?
How good is your outcome with Spotify and Soundiiz to Plex? Mine had been quite poor in the past, and I got along with a container called Spotify Plex Playlist: https://github.com/bassrock/spotify-plex-playlists There I made some tweaks to make it better in my own fork.

Does Plexamp fully replace music streaming services for you?
If you have playlists on Spotify you can use https://github.com/bassrock/spotify-plex-playlists to sync you Spotify playlist to a new plex playlist.
