I first learned about PDM from a blog post written by one of the PDM contributers. The post was about OOPifying argparse to allow for easy creation/modification of subcommands that exist as their own classes/files, and to avoid maintaining a single long script with an endless number of subparser.add_argument(...) lines.

Boring Python: Code Quality
I'm liking PDM for a while now. Quicker than Poetry and built according to the Python package spec in mind and not as an afterthought. While it was originally meant to work with PEP 582, it works with virtual environments too (now default).

Right but that's not an inherent GPU determinism issue. It's a software issue.

Your line of reasoning appears to be "GPUs are inherently non-deterministic don't be quick to judge someone's code" which as far as I can tell is dead wrong.
Admittedly there are some cases and instructions that may result in non-determinism but they are inherently necessary. The author should thinking carefully before introducing non-determinism. There are many scenarios where it is irrelevant, but ultimately the issue we are discussing here isn't the GPU's fault.
