onpremise VS RorVsWild

Note the userData.addCommands which will run the first time an instance starts up. I am trying to find something very simple. As for paid services I found this one which is free up to 100k requests per month and then is pretty cheap https://www.rorvswild.com/ - have you ever heard of it?
