I am trying to find something very simple. As for paid services I found this one which is free up to 100k requests per month and then is pretty cheap https://www.rorvswild.com/ - have you ever heard of it?
It does, but it’s also pretty well packaged up these days in a Docker compose file: https://github.com/getsentry/onpremise.
