Non tinkerer answer: no Otherwise: Maybe, specially if you are a programmer, take a look at this project https://github.com/determ1ne/OmenHubLight (it supposedly supports four zones rgb and fan control), or this one https://github.com/alou-S/omen-fan which is for linux, but should give you an idea of what has to be done and maybe port it to windows using ec-probe utility from https://github.com/hirschmann/nbfc, and last but not least the hp-wmi linux driver https://github.com/torvalds/linux/blob/master/drivers/platform/x86/hp/hp-wmi.c which has some of the gaming hub features ported.

I know this isn't generally a place for memes but it really really fits :)
As a person that still uses Linux on my laptop (its an old gaming laptop I use as a server) I know your pain about fan control, on windows you have many functional fancontrol software but on Linux it's crickets I did find this utility that worked for my laptop but it took over 3 hours for me to figure out how it worked and properly configure it for my specific gaming laptop

There are hacky ways like NBFC here: https://github.com/hirschmann/nbfc This tool works by writing embedded controller registers directly. This can work for some laptops but has its own danger to it.

How can I change my fan speed on my TUF gaming , I tried Amoury Crate but it didn’t work?
You have access to the fan curves only thru Armoury Crate's manual mode . I haven't personally tried this but there was an app called "notebook fan control", it might be helpful . I used to run it on my GL502VY laptop back in the day where it was kinda impossible to change the fan speeds. You can find it on github

I have a 7900XTX and performance under Linux has been at least on par with Windows, sometimes better (though not by much).

I'm not GP but I'd love to see frame gen and stuff like anti-lag and upscaling integrated into amdgpu with some sort of official way of setting it (though looking at Adrenaline it might actually be best if it's left up to the community to create the GUIs).

How do I underclock my 7800 xt on arch linux?
Basically the 7800 xt has this bug where I need to lower the core clock of -80mhz to avoid it crashing with 2 different hdmi/vga monitors or something. On windows no problems, but what about arch linux? How do I lower it? Looks like corectrl doesn´t support 7000 series gpus (from what I understood), please help yall!

AMD's 7900 XTX achieves better value for Stable Diffusion than Nvidia RTX 4080

I just wish we had an equivalent of AMD Software on Linux, so I could mess around with the settings more.
For example, I like to limit the GPU to 50-75% of it's total power for ambient heat/cooling reasons, or UPS/PSU/electricity bill reasons when specific games make it hard to cap framerates.
With AMD Software on Windows, it's no big deal. On Linux, the best I found was CoreCtrl: https://gitlab.com/corectrl/corectrl

AMD really need to fix this. (7900 XTX vs 4080 power consumption)
If you set it to POWER_SAVING instead of 3D_FULL_SCREEN, it uses the highest boost clock a lot less. Or if you use something like corectrl's application profiles (maybe the Windows vendor driver control panel has them?), you can selectively disable boost clock states in specific games.

Motherboard for Gamers
I'm bias toward Asus motherboards. I have an "Asus TUF GAMING B550-PLUS WIFI II" and a "Asus ROG Crosshair VIII Hero (WI-FI) ATX". Both boards have a fan control feature in the BIOS/EFI.
