That said I am looking if there is an already existing tool for helping generate monero seed (25 word) from the master trezor 12 word seed. I found an existing issue on github: https://github.com/trezor/trezor-firmware/issues/1078 Which links to this python script https://github.com/ph4r05/monero-agent/blob/master/monero_poc/seed.py I haven't had the time to really take a look at the code, so please don't just run it and input your seed since there is no promises on the code.

Well, thats what i have. I saw your guide here: https://github.com/PIVX-Project/PIVX-SPMT about using a third party software to manage a MN while storing the coins on ledger. How can one know if it is safe to use this software? how easily the controller could be hijecked and will it make any harm or effect the wallet?

Running a masternode on a Raspberry Pi
It's no problem to use a Ledger. You never want the controller wallet and the MN to be on the same device, and if they're separate anyway, it doesn't matter if you're holding your private keys in a Ledger or anything else. More here.
