This explains how the keys are created internally with your seed https://wiki.trezor.io/Recovery_seed Your funds are safe and there is a way to export the priv keys from your seed without needing a new hardware wallet. That said I am looking if there is an already existing tool for helping generate monero seed (25 word) from the master trezor 12 word seed. I found an existing issue on github: https://github.com/trezor/trezor-firmware/issues/1078 Which links to this python script https://github.com/ph4r05/monero-agent/blob/master/monero_poc/seed.py I haven't had the time to really take a look at the code, so please don't just run it and input your seed since there is no promises on the code.
