I made an add-on for Firefox that lets you cleanup the Unsplash site by removing the pay walled images from their new Unsplash+ service. Hope this helps a few people out there! 😊

I really like this. Definitely has the MacOS/Apple vibe going for it. I don't see it pulling me away from nightTab, just due to the shear amount of customization it offers, but if you added the ability to let users set their own image and/or icon for each link that would be nice!
NightTap Extension is Safe?

Do you mean nightTab?2 projects | /r/startpages | 8 Jan 2023
nightTab is safe. Iit has no access any of your personal data. You can confirm this by a number of ways: - It doesn't ask for any permissions - It is open source and anyone can see the source code - It is published on both the Chrome and Firefox extension stores, so has gone through the checks and reviews by each company. In fact, as part of Firefoxs review process their team requests a copy of the source code to look through. Happy to answer any other questions about my project.

There are generally 3 types of start pages ones that have add-ons, simple html sites ("demos") and self hosted start pages. Installing the add ons should be simple and can be applied to both your homepage/new tab.
firefox how to install, Installation aborted because the add-on appears to be corrupt.

I use https://github.com/zombieFox/nightTab what I like about it is you can customise pretty much anything but if your lazy you can keep it simple too. If you scroll down the github you can see a bunch of ways you can customise it.
