Since 2019, I SingleFile (https://github.com/gildas-lormeau/SingleFile) potentially ephemeral pages into a folder and pick stuff out when I feel like it, pruning entries that have lost relevance or appeal. Browsers' Print to PDF feature would work too. The "system" is exactly as reliable as its operator. No reminders included, but I don't want my computer beeping at me (and maybe you don't want really want that either).

Just as one example: Chrome + uBoL on Reddit will show you plenty of "Sponsored" stuff. You can use Inspector to find the offending CSS classes and then use `display: none` on them with something like Stylus[0], but not everybody wants to play that whack-a-mole game on the many sites that push uBoL past its blocking capabilities.

If you think about, to protect yourself: The EFF privacy badger browser add-on [1] try to block fingerprinting.
Also, browser fingerprints are a common tracking pattern nowadays. You can test [2] your browser and please start protect your self: E.g. use add-ons like U-Block and Privacy Badger to block tracking and/or use different browser and devices for different use cases. DNS-blocking with block-list like hegazi [3] is IMO the best option, but also a bit more involved, when you host you own DNS forwarder(s). For example AdGuard Home [4] helps you with hosting your own DNS infrastructure. It's also possible to add block-lists to dnsmasq or unbound and run them on you notebook as forwarders.
