Making glsl shader reader
Hello friends! Currently I am following elect86's modern openGL example. He also make custom openGL utilities for java, however I can not put those dependency library in my project because that's package make my program isn't running, java need to read a dll and seeking outside of my jar. I am using maven instead of gradle like elect86 did.
