I'd love to see GUI for mnamer and GTK kind of "Subdownloader" all together in one app, in order to tidy video collections. I might make some mockups someday too...

I've been using TV Rename. When I make the switch to Linux, can I continue to use this program in Docker, or is there an equivalent on Linux?

Go: What We Got Right, What We Got Wrong
Not sure these are really popular, but I cannot resist advertising a few utilities written in Go that I regularly use in my daily workflow:
- gdu: a NCDU clone, much faster on SSD mounts [1]
- duf: a `df` clone with a nicer interface [2]
- massren: a `vidir` clone (simpler to use but with fewer options) [3]
- gotop: a `top` clone [4]
- micro: a nice TUI editor [5]
Building this kind of tools in Go makes sense, as the executables are statically compiled and are thus easy to install on remote servers.

Then install: - z.lua - better cd - exa - better ls - trash - rm deletes completely - trash moves files to trash, so you can recover them - massren - absolutely the best file/folder renamer (especially for devs) - tldr - better than man

You can use Windows PowerRename (Part of PowerToys) to mass rename a a large group of files. This is a Windows utility not 3rd party software.
