Idea to get more games / game developers to elementaryOS
Well, the fact that there are not a lot of Open Source game devs out there could be a reason and of course the complexity of developing games, after all, developing a game it's harder than developing an app. The app ecosystem of eOS is still growing so it's just matter of time for indie devs that like foss stuff to put their eyes on eOS. There are some efforts tho, there's Virgil (a game engine to create games for eOS).

Anyone have a line on HD weapon skins for Q3A?
I'm in the process of putting together a modded Quake 3 installation for modern hardware based on Spearmint Quake 3 (https://github.com/zturtleman/spearmint). There used to be quite a few custom weapon models/skins available back in the day. I'm surprised this stuff is so hard to track down. Of course, it's been a couple of decades, but you'd think a dump would exist somewhere. After quite a bit of looking all I have really found is here: https://www.moddb.com/mods/cz45modbundle/addons ...Which, isn't nothing, but I was hoping there was more out there.
What are some alternatives?
