Nim v2.0 Released
Not by itself! But together with other library boxy you can: https://github.com/treeform/boxy
You should use pixie to load textures, create text, rasterize vector graphic etc... and send them to boxy to be drawn every frame.
Yes Pixie is CPU only, and just like you can't use Cairo or Skea for real time games you can't use Pixie, but boxy you totally can.
- How can I add graphics to my nim program?

Simple Gamepad Support
I made it because I really like pixie/boxy/windy combo, but there is no gamepad support built-in.

Is Fidget usable for implementation of 3D rendering?
The author Fidget actually has a number of other great libraries that are part of the rendering stack. Notably, Pixie for text and shape rendering in 2D, Boxy for rendering textures to the GPU via opengl, and then Windy for an OS window context and user events, and a number of other libraries related to 3D rendering.
What are some alternatives?
owlkettle - A declarative user interface framework based on GTK 4
cpython - Alternative StdLib for Nim for Python targets, hijacks Python StdLib for Nim
nim-gamepad - Cross-platform gamepad library for nim
pixie - Full-featured 2d graphics library for Nim.
vulkan - Vulkan C bindings for Nim
windy - Windowing library for Nim using OS native APIs.
nimgl - NimGL is a Nim library that offers bindings for popular libraries used in computer graphics
nimraylib_now - The Ultimate Raylib gaming library wrapper for Nim
prologue - Powerful and flexible web framework written in Nim
imgui - ImGui bindings for Nim via cimgui
