Hi, I'm u9g. I'm looking for an internship for either this winter (in a few weeks) or a summer internship!

Some things I've done:

I integrated a [query engine for lints](https://github.com/obi1kenobi/trustfall) (and contributed optimizations) into [OXC](https://github.com/oxc-project/oxc) (a new Rust-based Javascript Linter).

I wrote [several](https://github.com/u9g/money-lens) [toy](https://github.com/u9g/quickquestion/tree/main/extension) languages and syntax highlighting for them.

I also wrote a [js-to-scheme transpiler](https://github.com/u9g/js2scheme/blob/main/example.js).

Happy to work on things compiler or database oriented, but also happy to learn something new!

Experience on: FastAPI, Flask, Nestjs, ExpressJs | SQL, NoSQL, Caching (Redis/memchached/tempfs | Years of *unix user. Confy with terminal. Bash | Docker but no Clustering yet | Kinda know about Lambda and Cloud VMs but no professional experience maintaining or hosting. Planning to host a porftolio on one of the free tiers just for sake of learning.

Leraning: Currently trying to learn spring boot and microservice architecture with some other techs like kafka/rabbitmq/elasticsearch but I am open to working on other stuff including go, rails, js, php, rust, c and maybe some frontend stuff to create a "polished product feel".

Hello,

I am looking for an unpaid internship/junior position. (Fine by me if you insist on paying but I don't have a work permit for neither USA nor EU.) Got bored searching for jobs in limited Turkish market where all positions require +2 experience at least. Want to join a team and practice working on real products.
